Raw & Ready was an intensive personality development workshop organized for GFG ITER core members at E-Block Room 114. Emphasizing that technical excellence must be matched with emotional intelligence and communication, the session blended self-awareness frameworks with interactive simulations.
Objectives
- Master structured self-assessment through SWOT Analysis for career and personal development
- Implement practical time management strategies using the Eisenhower 4-Box Matrix
- Enhance critical thinking and collective decision-making through the 'Lost in the Jungle' survival exercise
- Sharpen attention to detail, presentation skills in a Mini Ideathon, and foundational financial literacy
